Step by Step

Ceremony Planning Process:

Step 1: Couple requests the Initial Consultation

Step 2: Couple secures Rev. Price's services by returning the Wedding Officiant Booking Agreement along with a $195 non-refundable booking fee

Step 3: Couple secures marriage license according to the laws of that state (see Links for more information about marriage licenses)

Step 4: Couple returns completed Ceremony Workbook to Rev. Price at least 1 month prior to the ceremony date

Step 5: Couple schedules Final Consultation to be held within a month of the ceremony (2 weeks before the ceremony is most common)

Step 6: Two weeks before the ceremony, couple pays ceremony fee (and rehearsal fee, if applicable)

Step 7: At Final Consultation - Rev. Price presents a final draft copy of the ceremony text, fills out the rehearsal worksheet, and discusses last-minute details and final editing of the ceremony

Step 8: Rev. Price arrives at your ceremony location about 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. After the ceremony, she fills out the marriage license and mails it to the appropriate courthouse
